-
Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
-
Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
-
Upload, submit, or transmit material that violates applicable law or infringes another person's rights.

3. Information and Educational Content
Content provided through the Site is intended for general educational and informational purposes.
We may update, modify, correct, or remove Site content at any time. Although we make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, we do not guarantee that every statement, resource, research reference, example, or other item will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Use of the Site does not create an attorney-client, medical provider-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.
T. Golden Advocacy Solutions, LLC is not a law firm, and information provided through the Site does not constitute legal advice. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, mental health, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

4. The Golden Read and AI-Assisted Features
The Golden Read and any other artificial intelligence, experimental, beta, preview, or automated feature offered through the Site are provided as tools for educational and communication purposes.
The Golden Read may analyze language, identify communication patterns, describe how a message could be interpreted, and suggest alternative wording. These results are generated through automated systems and involve interpretation. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate for a particular situation, or different from how an actual recipient would interpret a message.
You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use any analysis, recommendation, or suggested wording generated through The Golden Read.
Do not rely on The Golden Read as the sole basis for legal, medical, mental health, employment, financial, safety-related, or other high-stakes decisions.
We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue The Golden Read or other experimental features at any time.
5. Content You Submit
If you enter, upload, paste, or otherwise provide text or other content through The Golden Read or another interactive feature ("Submitted Content"), you retain any ownership rights you have in that content.
You grant us and the technology providers necessary to operate the applicable feature a limited right to process Submitted Content for the purpose of providing the requested functionality, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide.
You should not submit information that you do not have authority to disclose. You should also avoid submitting highly sensitive information such as passwords, financial account credentials, Social Security numbers, protected health information, privileged legal communications, trade secrets, or other confidential information unless the applicable service specifically permits and protects that information.
Additional information regarding how information submitted through our Site is collected, processed, retained, and shared is provided in our Privacy Policy.
6. Programs, Services, and Separate Agreements
Information describing The Golden Protocol, The Golden Thread, Advocacy Solutions, workshops, consultations, training, facilitation, certification, or other offerings is provided so that prospective clients can learn about our services.
Purchasing, booking, or participating in certain services may require you to accept an additional proposal, statement of work, service agreement, client acknowledgment, licensing agreement, or other terms.
When separate written terms govern a particular service or engagement, those terms control that engagement. If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a separate written agreement concerning the applicable service, the separate agreement controls.
Booking a discovery call, submitting a contact form, or communicating with us about a potential engagement does not by itself create a client or professional relationship.
7. Purchases and Digital Products
Certain products, courses, workbooks, downloads, resources, or other materials may be available for purchase through the Site.
Prices and availability may change without notice before purchase.
Unless a different license is expressly provided, digital materials purchased from us are licensed to the purchaser for personal use or the specific internal organizational use identified at the time of purchase. Purchase does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly post, resell, sublicense, share access credentials for, or commercially exploit purchased materials without our written permission.
Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and other purchase-specific terms will be governed by the policy presented at the time of purchase or by the applicable service agreement. Except where required by law, digital products that have been delivered or accessed may be non-refundable when identified as such before purchase.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Examples, testimonials, research findings, case studies, program outcomes, communication examples, and descriptions of potential benefits are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee any particular result.
Individual, family, team, organizational, and advocacy outcomes depend on circumstances beyond our control.
We do not guarantee that participation in any program, use of any resource, or implementation of any communication framework will produce a particular personal, professional, organizational, financial, legal, health, or interpersonal outcome.
9. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, designs, logos, videos, downloads, educational materials, program materials, frameworks, exercises, tools, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to T. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, accuracy, policies, or practices. The inclusion of a link or integration does not necessarily constitute our endorsement of the third party.
our use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide feedback, comments, suggestions, or ideas concerning the Site, our programs, or our services, you grant us permission to use that feedback for business and product-development purposes without restriction or compensation to you.
This does not give us ownership of your confidential information or Submitted Content.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site, its content, tools, and features are provided "as is" and "as available."
We disclaim warranties and representations of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or reliability.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free of harmful components, or that defects will always be corrected.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, T. Golden Advocacy Solutions, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Site.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising solely from use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable Site-based product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no amount was paid.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Nothing in this section replaces or modifies any separate limitation of liability, release, acknowledgment, or other provision contained in a written agreement governing a specific service or engagement.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless T. Golden Advocacy Solutions, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site, your Submitted Content, or your material violation of these Terms or applicable law.

If you provide personal information about another person through the Site, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide that information.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising solely from these Terms or use of the Site will be brought in the appropriate state court in Virginia or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, as applicable.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates any rights that applicable consumer law does not permit you to waive.
17. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or other transfer of our business.
These Terms govern your use of the Site. Separate agreements may govern purchases, programs, services, licenses, coaching, advocacy engagements, or other relationships with us.
We may update these Terms periodically. The Effective Date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
